Course objective: The purpose of this course is to train a competent OSH Coordinator. According to DOSH Malaysia, a competent OSH Coordinator is a competent person that are required in all company that falls under category of small medium enterprise/industries (SME/SMI).

This course provides an understanding of the fundamentals of principle of Prevention through Design (PtD) and its connection with existing Hierarchy of Control (HoC) in HIRARC preparation. This course would be beneficial to those directly or indirectly involved in the HIRARC preparation. This course focuses on the core building blocks of the Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Control. The program will emphasize on the application of prevention through design and control strategies to prevent accidents at workplace.
