COURSE INTRODUCTION
Control of Industrial Major Hazards Regulations 1996 (CIMAH 1996) required all chemical processing facility to prepare Activity Report (CIMAH Report) and Demonstration of Safe Operation (DOSO). As such, full understanding of this Regulation is very important to ensure safe operation, plant personnel, and environmental protection are considered by the management of the company. Hence, this training is intended to cover Regulations 10, the preparation of Demonstration of Safe Operations (DOSO) report and Emergency Response Plan (ERP).

- To familiarise particpants with the requirement of the CIMAH regulation 1996
- To enable participants to manage the preparation of the DOSO Report and ERP
- To be able to conduct site assessment on the compliance to the CIMAH regulations
